The series of procedures for implementing the EPR System is repeated annually. It is carried out over the course of two years in the order of reporting on the recycling plan for the year of fulfillment of the recycling obligation, fulfilling the obligation to recycle, and reporting on the performance in the year following the fulfillment of the recycling obligation.

  • Submit a report on the results of fulfilling the recovery and recycling obligations

    Fulfill the obligation to recycle April 30 in the following year

  • Notice to pay the recycling fee
    (cooperatives and producers obligated to recycle who failed to meet the mandatory recycling rate)

    Fulfill the obligation to recycle July 31 in the following year (fees imposed)

  • Pay the recycling fees
    (in the case of installment payments: first installment due on Sept. 31 and second installment due on Nov. 30)

    Fulfill the obligation to recycle August 31 in the following year (payment due)
