    Record the details of the application in the logbook

    - Return the application form or request supplementation if there are missing documents

  • Perform a Certification Review
    (Cooperative)

    Check compliance with the certification criteria

    - Within 30 days of the review
    - Conduct a field inspection if necessary

  • Notify the Result

    Notify the result of the certification review
    Download the relevant form

    Within 14 days of completing the certification review

  • Request a Certificate
    (Cooperative)

    Report the result to the MOE and request a certificate

    Within 7 days of completing the certification review

  • Issue the Certificate
    (MOE)

    Check the results and issue the certificate (Minister)

  • Send the Certificate
